Personal Information Collection Statement
How DrKu.io collects, uses and handles personal information submitted through the Patent Relevance Navigator and other public enquiry forms.
PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT CONFIDENTIAL, PROPRIETARY OR LEGALLY PRIVILEGED INFORMATION THROUGH ANY PUBLIC FORM ON THIS SITE.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Statement, the relevant data user is DrKu Technology Limited, operating DrKu.io.
DrKu.io collects the personal information you submit through the Patent Relevance Navigator review form and other public enquiry forms for the limited purpose of responding to your enquiry, assessing possible technical relevance between your described technology or workflow and the DrKu.io patent portfolio, and contacting you about your request.
The information is not collected for unsolicited marketing, sold to third parties, or used for any purpose incompatible with the purpose for which it was submitted.
Provision of your personal information is voluntary. You are not legally required to submit it.
However, certain fields are required to process a request: your name, a business email address, a short non-confidential description of the technology or workflow, and confirmation of the consent checkbox. If you do not provide these required fields, DrKu.io may not be able to respond to or process your enquiry. All other fields, such as organisation, are optional.
The Patent Relevance Navigator review form may collect: your name, organisation, business email, a short non-confidential description of the relevant technology or workflow, the patent asset you indicate as relevant, your self-assessment responses and resulting relevance snapshot, your consent confirmation, and the type of request (review or licensing enquiry).
Enquiries sent by email to contact@drku.io or partners@drku.io are handled by the relevant email provider under its own terms.
Your submitted information is stored in DrKu.io systems and may be processed by service providers acting on behalf of DrKu.io, such as hosting, database and email infrastructure providers, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Personal information is only disclosed to the categories of recipient necessary to respond to and process your enquiry. It is not transferred to unrelated third parties for their own purposes.
Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, maintain relevant business or IP-related correspondence, meet applicable legal or record-keeping requirements, or resolve related disputes, after which it is deleted or anonymised where practicable.
DrKu.io applies reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information held to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.
You have the statutory right to request access to and correction of your personal data. Where appropriate, DrKu.io may also accept requests for deletion or cessation of further contact, subject to applicable legal and record-retention requirements.
To exercise any of these rights, contact DrKu.io using the contact details below. DrKu.io will respond to verified requests within a reasonable period.
For privacy enquiries, requests for access or correction, or to withdraw consent, contact DrKu.io at contact@drku.io.
For partnership or strategic-investment related enquiries that involve personal information, contact partners@drku.io.
Please do not submit confidential, proprietary or legally privileged information through any public form on this site unless a confidentiality arrangement has first been established.
Information submitted through public forms should be limited to non-confidential, high-level descriptions suitable for a first-stage review.
